Nic combined his two loves, travel and good food, to create the Travelling Snack Restaurant in 2016.
It was clear from a young age that Nic loved his food! From his primary school cooking projects to his dinner parties with friends, his thoughts were never far off food.

Have you always wanted to be a Chef?
No, I’ve just always loved food!
I started out pursuing different careers but my spare time often still revolved around food (eating and/or making it), so when the opportunity arose to do some work experience in the kitchen I jumped at the chance. I loved the opportunity to taste and experience different cuisines and use my creativity to bring enjoyment to others.
